Smart Door Lock
How to use the smart lock
Slide your hand across the screen to activate the keypad.
Enter your 6 digit Access Code followed by the OK button. Press OK anytime to reset if you entered the wrong digit.
If the Access Code entered is correct, the door will unlock. If the Access Code entered is incorrect, Lockly™ will beep twice.
TVs & REmotes
Streaming Services: Feel free to use our streaming service accounts (Netflix, Prime, Disney+, AppleTV+, which are loaded on the TVs. To ensure they are available for the next guests, please do not log out of any of the accounts. Thanks!
Living Room Remote: Press 'Input' and select Visio Smart TV Apps for access to Netflix, Prime Video, Apple+, or Disney+ Apps
Master Bedroom Remote: Select either Netflix or Disney+ directly, or use navigation to select other apps on-screen. Navigate through Smart TV Apps, TV Menu and settings.

Feel free to use the hi-res wireless speaker that is in the Kitchen
Connect by going to the Bluetooth settings on your personal device and select 'BT Kitchen Bluesound'. Once connected, you can stream music from your device to the speakers

Use your device or the control panel on the speaker to adjust the volume, pause/play, or skip to the next song.
Note: The max volume of the speakers has been limited to ensure music is not played too loudly, so don't be confused when the speaker doesn't go as loud as it's capable. To reach the max volume that has been set, press and hold the + button on the control panel.

Connect your device via bluetooth, to stream music on the Roku soundbar. Follow the on-screen instructions on the TV.
Fireplace
The fireplace in the living room contains an Opti-myst electric fireplace. The Opti-myst flame effect uses ultrasonic technology to produce a fine mist that creates the lifelike illusion of flames and smoke.
The unit can be turned on and off with the remote you will find on the living room coffee table. Although the lights turn on immediately it will take about 30 seconds before the flame effect starts
At the beginning of your stay, the tank is filled with enough water to work for 7 ~ 10 hrs. Once the tank is empty the unit will automatically turn off and the tank will need to be refilled.
Re-filling the tank:
- Turn off the unit with the remote
- Gently remove the log set and place it carefully on the ground
- Remove the orange refill container by lifting upwards
- Unscrew the cap and refill with tap water
- Screw the cap back on, do not overtighten
- Return the refill container to the water tank
- Gently place the log set back into position

Game Night?
Feel Free to use the Board Games
There is a large selection of board games and puzzles in the Armoire at the back door. Feel free to enjoy! We would appreciate if you can neatly put back any games you use. Thanks!
ecobee Smart Sensors
You may notice these little guys placed through-out the house. A few guests have wondered if they are being watched. Nothing to worry about, they are simply motion and temperature sensors which help ensure balanced, comfortable temperature in every room .
Waste Disposal
Garbage:
Garbage can be placed in the grey container located below kitchen sink. Two individual garbage bins can be accessed by pulling out the drawer on the front of the grey container. Additional garbage bags can be found in the small bottom drawer to the right of the sink.
Compost (green bin):
Compost can be placed in lined metal pot located below kitchen sink. Additional compost bags can be found in the small bottom drawer to the right of the kitchen sink.
Recycling (blue bin):
Recycling can be placed in the basket located to the left of the armoire at the back door (door heading out to pool).
Outdoor Waste Storage:
Any full bags from the above waste locations can moved to the outdoor waste storage closet located in the left wall of the house.
